This is a fun budget-ish Artifact Storm commander deck featuring Elsha of the Infinite . This deck takes a little bit of time for setup but once ready can pop off very quickly at instant speed.

Win Cons/Combos:

1. Elsha of the Infinite + Sensei's Divining Top + any card that reduces cost of artifacts
This can allow you to effectively draw out your entire deck by making use of Top's tap ability, drawing a card, putting Top on Top, casting it for free with Elsha, and repeating. Drawing out entire deck can be an instant win with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or if you're able to cast stuff while going through your library, Aetherflux Reservoir .
2. Ghirapur AEther Grid + Jeskai Ascendancy + Mirrodin Besieged OR Saheeli, Sublime Artificer
With these in play, every artifact you cast will create you artifact creatures, which you can tap to do damage, untap, and filter the top of your library if needed. This can very quickly get out of hand to deal tons of damage to pesky creatures or players.
3. Aetherflux Reservoir + Saheeli, Sublime Artificer
Double the flux!
4. Mirrodin Besieged
Can also be a good backup wincon if a bunch of artifacts get wiped or if you have Metalwork Colossus in your graveyard, with which you can sacrifice as many artifacts as you need by responding to the first activation with another or multiple.
5. Reckless Fireweaver + Saheeli, Sublime Artificer OR Mirrodin Besieged
Fireweaver alone can slowly grind down your opponents, but with one or both of the other two it can become a Guttersnipe or better for artifacts.

General Gameplan:

Setup/Mana Rocks until you can play Elsha. This will be the slowest part of the game, but once Elsha is out you can start doing cool things. Because her ability lets you cast things at flash, it is generally a good idea to wait to see what your opponents do before you try to storm off.

After that, the biggest thing is managing the top of your library so you don't run out of gas. There are many cards that will help you scry, mill yourself, reorder, draw, or even shuffle if you stall out.

I tried to build the deck to be able to pop off in a turn or play a slower grind depending on the situation. I've had a lot of fun playing this deck and would love to hear what others think about it. Thank you and have a great day!
