I'm sure I'm not the first person to think of this with the new Zendikar Rising lands (eg: Agadeem's Awakening  )

I think I saw some Goblin Charbelcher brews too.

So basically, this deck is looking to mill itself out with Undercity Informer or Balustrade Spy. They need to be on the battlefield.

Once this happens, you will flip cards until you have completely milled out, with the safeguard of Worldspine Wurm, as they will shuffle themselves back in.

Milling over Creeping Chill will deal a lot of damage to your opponent, and milling over Narcomoeba will allow your Prized Amalgams to come back.

The manabase is all modal lands from Zendikar Rising, because this is what allows the mill to get through the entire deck. Once your deck is empty, the milling stops, then the wurms get shuffled back in, however, they are the only cards in your library, which gives you two turns of attacking to finish the game.

This is a bit rough, and will need some tuning. I'm just putting it out there. I imagine the Belcher decks are probably a better idea, but who doesn't love some dredge?

There is possibly room to slot in Thassa's Oracle as an alternate win con, but that would require a fair bit of tweaking.

Suggestions

Updates Add

Considering adding Silversmote Ghoul, dropping the blue land for more green and black, adding Wild Cantor as a mana dork or accelerant, which can be cast off a turn 1 Simian Spirit Guide

Possibly also moving Thoughtseize to the main, and dropping some Narcomoeba
