Rancors legality has discussed many times, some say yes, some say no. Most say there is no official rule for Rancor and Pauper format. I myself, don't know. Any suggestion for a replacement? Preferably a buff spell.

Rancor was printed as a common on magic online therefore it is legal in pauper

That what I assumed, but recently I participated in a local Pauper tourney that wouldn't let me play it. They said it counted as an uncommon.

you could use Briar Shield, Llanowar Augur or Seal of Strength so once it hits the field cannot be countered because its effect is an ability

and for draw, u can use Brainstorm or even Ponder instead of serum visions because it doesnt fix your draw... it draws wathever comes and fix... and in this kind of deck is more usesful to first fix the draw and then draw...

Technically this deck is Modern format and the pauper was just additional challenge for it. Therefore Ponder is banned and the rest aren't modern. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Impressive to do this in two colours and in pauper! +1 for the challenge level :)
Are you looking for a replacement for Rancor that is also a pump and/or trample or just an overall replacement?

Thanks Randobot. There was a time I was looking to replace it because people in my group disputed it legality, but I plan to keep it now.

Apostle's Blessing would be great so you can just kill in one turn/protection over Ranger's Guile

Thanks for the suggestion. I have Apostle's Blessing on the sideboard, I will usually run it against mono color decks. I like to run Ranger's Guile and combo it with my buffs and finish it with Distortion Strike, plus I have had games where the Guile's +1/+1 was the difference between finishing my opponent or going another turn.
