Trying to put together a Mono U tron deck on a bit of a budget many of the expensive cards (like Ugin) I already own.

My win con is a mix of straight up beat down or go going into a Mindslaver lock. Sometimes locking the person out with Spell Burst works just as well when I hit a huge amount of mana.

The Talisman of Dominance is currently just some extra acceleration, but it also would give me access to black which may be helpful, however, card: thoughtsieze is a bit out of my range, but other useful black cards could be a good idea.

Along the same lines I have considered splashing white using the Talisman of Progress cards, but again and unsure if there is anything I really be worth it.

I'm thinking about putting a second of Spell Burst since it can nearly hard lock people out of the game when things get going.

A main problem I found I am having is card draw sometimes I feel like I have a very dead hand. The other is dealing with aggro strategies.

I also need help making a sideboard. This is the first modern deck I will have built.

I would like to put in Remand, but I don't want to put forth the money for that play set right now.
