My go at a (semi)cEDH Wizard Tribal around Inalla. It's more of a control deck that seeks to reanimate wizards in order to generate value and control your keep your opponents in check. Oracle/Consultation combo is the main win condition, but there are two alternatives here. Bloodline Necromancer + Phyrexian Altar is another one since it only needs the inclusion of the altar as an otherwise dead card. The other one is Aether Adept + Dockside Extortionist, which however requires your opponents to have at least 6 artifacts and enchantments to work.
