still trying to find my next casual budget deck, and I thought," what about Grixis Death's Shadow?" Then I remembered, I don't have the money to get a $500 manabase. So, I decided to cut red and made it Dimir, and I found a way to squeeze it into a Death's Shadow budget deck!

So, even though a copy of Underground River cost around 10 bucks each, if your just playing casual & your group allows it, you could play the non-tournament-legal version for around 2 bucks each at TCGplayer!
