Blink deck inspired by Femme_Fatale and my Blinkin' Pauper deck.

I have been playing this against net modern decks and it has been performing very well. If you get the Ghostly Flicker+Eternal Witness combo with any etb effect (like Reflector Mage), you are set.

The deck also has Glittering Wish and a toolbox sideboard.
