I'm not a huge fan of vampires or red for that matter but I want to give it a shot. A turn 3 or 4 Abolisher of Bloodlines   is what we're looking for to that effect there are 10 one mana creatures all with valuable abilities Vampire Cutthroat, Insolent Neonate and Falkenrath Gorger are all excellent sac fodder. card: heir of the night and Gifted Aetherborn provide value on turn 2 after that the heavy hitters come out. Casting Voldaren Pariah   naturally on turn 5 isn't terrible since you can cast and flip her on your oponents end step to bypass summoning sickness and giving you a 6/5 flying murder monster. The rest of the deck is removal and card advantage.
