Caw Blade -- pauper edition! Equip your Hawks, roll past blockers with Guardian of the Guildpack, all the while cantripping and countering. All advice is appreciated!
Squadron Hawk gives us evasion, card advantage, AND a shuffle effect to abuse our Ponders and Brainstorms. One card you like and two you don't? Safely keep it and shuffle the jank away.
Trinket Mage fetches any of our equipment, and also can grab our artifact lands -- and a free shuffle, on a 2/2 body.
Guardian of the Guildpact is a great finisher. Since equipment is colorless, it can still be voltron'd, but nothing but sacrifice effects can hit it. By the time we're dropping it, you'll usually have a Hawk or Trinket Mage to sac to a Chainer's Edict, anyway!
Mulldrifter gives us card advantage, plus a 2/2 flyer. Perfect fit for this deck.
Ponder and Brainstorm keep our card selection flowing.
Counterspell, Deprive and Prohibit force our opponents to play smart any time we have mana open. Deprive can also let us replay a Radiant Fountain, or simply add an extra card to our hand to shuffle away to a Brainstorm
Journey to Nowhere zaps big threats so we don't die while our flyers finish
Bonesplitter, Sylvok Lifestaff and Viridian Longbow all do work in different ways. Bonesplitter's a cheap and reusable buff, Lifestaff makes it profitable for us to chump block (and removal resilient), and Longbow lets us get rid of lots of elves and other annoying cheap threats.
SIDEBOARD
Holy Light kills elves and tokens but won't kill any of our blue creatures -- and it's instant speed!
Fragmentize for affinity, Pestilence, etc
Hydroblast wrecks burn and Izzet
Palace Sentinels gives us more card advantage over other control decks
Relic of Progenitus for Gurmag Angler and TortEx
Stormbound Geist for edicts
