here is a description of what the cards can do in this deck.
(note that my descriptions are mostly described in the best case scenario))
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~CREATURES~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Elvish Mystic, extra mana is all.
Gurmag Swiftwing, nice set of abilities to fuel for Soulflayer and easy removal of 1/1's because of the sacrifice ability.
Hornet Queen, great card beacuse of the 4 hornets it generates, making it easy for removal or blocking.
Pharika, God of Affliction also another good card to sacrifice for Soulflayer the ability is mediocre but could be useful for last cast scenarios, such as needing that deathtouch snake to block a powerful creature.
Rakshasa Deathdealer, this card gives you options, if you have extra mana you can make it a 4/4 or in the case of it dying you can regenerate it, making it easy to run 4 copies of this bad boy.
Soulflayer, this card is great because it has the ability to gain other cards abilities, giving it the option to be a 4/4 with indestructible, first strike, trample, and haste with the sacrifice of Pharika, God of Affliction and Gurmag Swiftwing.
Tasigur, the Golden Fang, the possibility of a 4/5 one-drop is intriguing, and the ability to recover lost cards in the graveyard of the oppenents choice is pretty neat. It also can get rid of those pesky rhinos.
Torrent Elemental, this is a great card for finishing because of the ability, causing to opponent to not be able to block.
Warden of the First Tree, this card is fantastic because if you cannot play anything you can use extra mana you didnt use to make this a 3/3 with lifelink and trample, and add five +1/+1 counters on it. I would use the abilities on the oppenents turn so your mana becomes untapped your next turn.

Murderous Cut, good possibility of being a 1 drop removal card via delve.
Reality Shift, such a good card, it allows you to manifest the top card of your library, or a scenario thats not in your favor you can exile a target creature an opponent controls (to remove big threats) and destroy the card they manifested.
Despise, this card is meant to be a budget-replacement to thoughsieze, as this card is the same casting cost, however, it limits me to creatures and planeswalkers, which perfectly fine.
Sultai Charm, options, options, options.
Frontier Siege, the khans abilitiy is great for extra mana for casting creatures such a hornet queen, or in the case where you ""just needed one more mana"" to cast a good creature or spell.
Monastery Siege, with the dragons ability, it makes it hard for your opponents who lack mana to cast spells to target me. To be honest the khans ability does not really appeal to me because i have Sultai Ascendancy for that.
Palace Siege, the dragons ability is one of things that can add up really fast, before you know it, i could be at 30 health and the oppenent could be at 10 health. because i need to delve, the khans ability does not appeal to me.
Sultai Ascendancy, this card is amazing because it basically gives you a scry 2 and put them in the order you want. This is also how i would get Pharika, God of Affliction to the grave yard to delve for Soulflayer

Kiora, the Crashing Wave, excellent ultimate ability to finish the game by generating endless amounts of krakens.... also giving you the chance to say release the kraken, which makes this ability great.the first ability is okay if there is no way to remove a threat or to make one of your creatures not capable of taking damage. the second ability is awesome if you need a card or need more land.
garruk, the apex predator The second ability is great because if there are no planeswalkers on the field, (from the first ability), you can just keep making 3/3 beasts until a planeswalker does come onto the field. The third ability is a good ""last resort option"" because you can destroy a strong creature and gain life from it toughness, putting you at a great advantage. The ultimate ability is absolutely rediculous, i mean, at my local FNM when i play the ultimate of garruk, the game usually ends with me swinging for 60+ damamge... seriously this ability is great if you can get it.
Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, the first ability is like a free
lighting strike
with lifelink... seriously awesome.The second ability is great in the case that the oppenent is generating a godly amount of one drops, you can remove them with ease. The third ability is exactly the opposite of Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker and i love it, it puts you at an extreme advantage and after 2 turns of the first ability you can use the ultimate ability and then keep using the first ability. The only problem i see with this card is the mana cost, making it difficult to get early game.
