A base white aggro-control deck with lots of tricks up its sleeve. It preys on greedy manabases.
Key Cards
Aether Vial - Always a 4-of. Not only does this allow us to dump all of our creatures more quickly and consistently, it lets us play our creatures at instant speed, making many of our cards even more powerful. Vial also goes around cards like Eidolon of the Great Revel and Voice of Resurgence.
Flickerwisp - Always a 4-of. This is almost certainly the most important card in the deck. Not only is it a 3 power flier but it also affects the board in lots of ways, even moreso when flashed in with Vial.
Leonin Arbiter - As least 3, probably 4. Great against all the fetchlands in Modern, but it hits cards Chord of Calling too. You can flash this in with Vial in response to your opponent cracking a fetchland for extra value.
Thalia, Guardian of Thraben - Probably a solid 3-of but I like having 4 in the 75. Complements our mana denial by taxing their removal and burn. The first strike is often relevant.
Path to Exile - The best removal in white. Always a 4-of.
Other Cards
These are good cards but pretty much every list plays different numbers of all of these cards or omits some completely.
1 CMC
Judge's Familiar - Synergizes well with our taxing and mana denial plan. The 1/1 flying body is only somewhat relevant, but bolstering this guy feels pretty good.
Dryad Militant - Hates against Snapcaster Mage and somewhat against delve cards. If you have a lot of delver and blue-based control in your meta this is a pretty good choice.
Goldmeadow Harrier - I have no experience with it but it seems like it could be good in certain metas and builds.
2 CMC
Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit - This is a new card that's been making a splash in this archetype. Some say this is an automatic addition, others cut it completely. Bolstering a Flickerwisp feels amazing, but bolstering a Blade Splicer is not as good.
