I would swap Wall of Frost with Fog Bank. You can play it earlier and have a blocker against flyer. But it can be killed by Lightning Bolt or Shock etc.

This is a great deck! I built it yesterday for around $28. I used this against one of more aggressive decks and "Go Mill Yourself" won! The only think I would change is that I would replace one of the Islands with a swamp so when you get one of the Dimir spells you'll have a black. But overall, Great Deck!

get breaking for quick mill, hedron crabs for a turn one creature that can mill, and archive trap glimpse the unthinkable(the last one's are pretty expensive for play sets but are easily the best mill cards for modern). The others are a couple cents or a dollar or two.

Also if I were you I would take out call to the mind, physic strike, physic spiral, chill forbidding, and both artifacts for better counter spells like mana leak. Surgical extraction is a must for combo decks and things like emrakul. Maybe jace's phantasm because he can turn into a 5/5 fast. You can use tome scour mind funeral. I would just take those cards out or cope around them more so you can do your combo.

Taking out those things would kinda change the entire way that the deck is played... Thank you, though.

If you are going around with that combo then I would say you might wanna add like another playset or just 2 of counters. Also, look at a deck called pixy stix I think you'd like it. I made a weird version of it.

Glimpse the Unthinkable is almost strictly better than Mind Sculpt. You mill three more, can target yourself (Can't with Mind Sculpt), and although it's black and blue, you shouldn't have a problem getting the mana for that.

This is cool. I've never looked into mill decks before. I have a couple of Mind Sculpts in a blue deck of mine that would be perfect for a mill deck. Also, I'm not sure of the legality, but Grindstone is rather nasty, but it's also not very budget friendly.

Your creature choices seem perfect too.

Sands of Delirium could possibly be good in this deck.

You could also try including some dredge, as it can mill yourself a lot quicker than conventional mill cards. Stuff like Stinkweed Imp and Golgari Thug can quickly empty your library and fill your graveyard with a little bit of card draw.
