A budget version of a deck idea I got from geneticfreak09c on his deck Rise of the Elementals. I made a few other minor adjustments that just fit my personal preference but if I enjoy the deck, I intend to add in the 2x Chandra, Flamecallers later...as well as a few Atarka's Commands.
