This is my first attempt at building a commander deck. I've based it on the Commander 2018 precon and am looking for advice on how I could improve the deck keeping the price of new cards below $10 (or by adding back in cards from the pre-con). The main plan of the deck is flickering in ETB effects for value getting in incidental damage with flying threats, though there are a couple of ways the deck goes infinite flickering with Alter of the Brood or Vela the Night-Clad as finishers.
