Based off a friend of mine. Made it into an EDH

The point of the deck is to get some board state, there are a lot of ways to start getting +1/+1 counters onto creatures, then when its safe take Atraxa out and start beefing them up. Atraxa is very strong and can get very big very quickly, commander damage may be a win con in some scenarios.

Like the title says it is a budget deck, depending on prices it'll cost between $50-$70. Atraxa is the most expensive card (about half the cost).

I have some cards in the sideboard for those with a bigger budget or for those that have the cards already.
