This is my take on Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons. I want the deck to control the board with -1/-1 counters, go wide by doing so and win through combat damage. Another deck of mine is an Aristocrats deck so I'm trying to stay away from that theme with this deck. I play only on colour fetches in my decks and I'm trying to run fewer and fewer tutors.
