This deck is based off of the Planar Portal preconstructed commander deck. the deck looks to be pretty fun and functional right out of the box, and I have not made too many changes.

the changes i have made have been focusing the deck on impulse draw by bringing in some more good sources of exile card advantage from recent sets like Conspiracy Theorist and Magmatic Channeler. since several of these cards have discards along with the exiling, I added in a couple of madness cards as well.

Dream Devourer helps make everything that isn't exiled through other cards into another Prosper hit while also providing a discount!

I also brought in two more payoffs with Laelia, the Blade Reforged to get bigger with every exiles, and Revel in Riches as a potential win if your opponents can't remove it fast enough! ideally I would want to hold on to it until there are already 10 treasures out to give everyone only a single shot at removing an enchantment before it wins the game.
