You never know when a Worldspine Wurm can come handy. Also makes my opponent laugh when I show them I "side it in".

I lost to a deck like this last Friday. My opponent just kept baiting me with Hero of Iroas for removal and somehow got the God's Willing each time. He also ran Phalanx Leader, which really put him over the edge when he got enough creatures.

I'm using Gods Willing to trigger heroic over Brave the Elements . Also, BtE is rotating and this deck is "rotation proof".
And carpwrist, thats what the deck is designed to do, just mulligan to a hand where you can protect your guy and race your opponent on damage. You want at least one protection card in your opening hand or you'll have a bad game.

Just a creature suggestion Fabled Hero I use him in my Selesnya instant speed heroic and his just unbelievably explosive power is something worth considering making a slot for. Also I would suggest Phalanx Leader who is a good two drop who buffs the whole team when targeted.

also sorry I forgot to add this in but Aqueous Form + Fabled Hero would be incredibly threatening and a huge amount unblock-able damage

mangusactor , I had Fabled Hero in here till a few days ago. I replaced his slot with Battle Mastery because I often found myself in the situation where I wish my lower CMC creatures had double strike after I already loaded them up with enchantments. He was also too hard to cast without dying most of the time, because 1WW is hard to cast on 20 lands, while keeping one open for a Gods Willing or Swan Song . Also, Battle Mastery can be a heroic trigger and give double strike for 2 mana with Hero of Iroas out, which will be huge for me.
I still need to playtest this deck a lot, because I find myself making little changes here and there.

I think your deck is really great i recently built my brother a very similar deck but with a bit more control. Good work and hope you have good success in the future.

I really like this. I'm going to take a look at what you have and compare it to mine. I have a WB Heroic deck. I'm heading to work so I don't have a chance to review now, but I'll leave some analysis later. If you wouldn't mind looking at mine I would appreciate it. For now, +1.
Heroic... always wanting to be targeted... whores... you get it xD

i have a similar version of this deck, i put akroan skyguard in

I just can't picture 12 creatures being enough with only buff spells to go along with them. I had a hard time always drawing creatures with 17 in my heroic deck. Granted, if you do get a creature out, he's likely to stay alive with what you have in here, but if you're unlucky enough to lose him, you have to rely on your creatures to do anything. I'd recommend more, though if it is working for you, maybe not.
Bestow is the mechanic I would recommend you implement. I'd recommend Hopeful Eidolon at the least, and perhaps Eidolon of Countless Battles .

Mongol, I had 16 and always wished I had less during most games. Aggressive mulliganing is what you have to do with this deck. Its not supposed to be tier 1, only a cheap voltron aggro deck. Card draw in this deck helps find more creatures If i lose one. Thanks for the recommendations :)

Ah, that makes more sense now. My deck never implemented any draw options as it is a Boros version of heroes. I'll have to give this one a few play tests though, U/W seems an interesting combo.

This deck is SO FUN to use! I love building budget decks, and this is, by far, the easiest and most effective deck I've built. The CMC is so cheap! Great work! So aggro; so fun.

Here is my question, why is Worldspine Wurm in the sideboard?
