Take extra turns from damia card draw effect well slapping them with blightsteel colossus or deck yourself. To secure drawing an extra tun card there are many tutor effects a time sieve to sac the 0 drops and 0 drops so that many cards are played meaning many cards are drawn.

(Cost can be reduced a good bit by fixing the mana base to mainly basics and tap lands.)
