A deck build around giving your opponent Measure of Wickedness.

Dauthi Voidwalker has strong synergy with Measure. Voidwalker makes it impossible for your opponent to give back Measure, and can also be sacrificed to pass along Measure in the first place.

Ideally, on turn 4 you play Measure, and then activate Sinister Starfish, Priest of the Haunted Edge, or Dauthi Voidwalker, or pay 4 life for Snuff Out.

Doom Whisperer beats down and locks your opponent into Measure.

Tendrils of Corruption bumps your life total back up.

I initially wanted to have a "tough choices" theme with Measure, Pain's Reward, Choice of Damnations, and Do or Die. The problem is that Measure is such a risky card that the whole deck needs to be built around it.
