My interpretation of a Krenko deck is something akin to a token weenie deck. Make the early turns about bring in all the small creatures and casting the token generators like Dragon Fodder and Krenko's Command. Ideally a turn three play would be either Fervor, Goblin Chieftain or Goblin Warchief so Krenko comes in on turn four with haste and makes at least two tokens. Krenko also helps as a unconventional mana generator by giving Shirk Prospector and Battle Hymn some extra numbers to count towards their mana adding effects.

One of the biggest themes of the deck is that death is not where the goblin's usefulness ends. There are so many cards in this deck that activate on creatures dying and enough that help to achieve this even faster. Notably, I'd say the biggest ones to help get the most usage out of dying goblins are Clickslither, Siege-Gang Commander and Shirk Prospector, all of which are very good to use when your tiny creatures are getting blocked by much bigger threats and can be used to fuel much bigger spells. But that's not where they end. Cards like Boggart Shenanigans, Stalking Vengeance and Furnace Celebration all get turned on when the goblins die, dealing huge damage when they activate.

Dangerous combos include:

Illusionist's Bracers + Krenko, Mob Boss = In this deck, this is like a better version of Parallel Lives. Tapping Krenko and then immediately making a copy of his ability makes you get three times as many goblin tokens as you regularly would.

Basilisk Collar + Goblin Sharpshooter = Giving lifelink and deathtouch to a creature that untaps whenever something it deals damage to dies means that creature removal becomes very easy without an opponent adding some protection all the while getting some lifegain.

Coat of Arms + Reckless One = This creature is bad enough on its own but adding the coat will always nearly double the power and toughness of it. Can be a huge problem to deal with.

Goblin Recruiter + Goblin Ringleader = Using the Recruiter, put any four goblins to the top of your deck and then play the Ringleader.

There are definitely more in here but they will probably end up being way more situational than those above.
