So this is my working take on Kykar budget storm! It's meant to build up to where it can go off by either/or going infinite with Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal combo for infinite storm count into Aetherflux Reservoir to take the opponents out. Another alternate wincon for this deck is a Divergent Transformations line into Thoracle and Leveler to win. Now, while this is a storm deck, I included some ways to protect my shit and deal with others. Storming off is important, but not if I die before then.
