Pretty much U/W Heroic with Hardened Scales and Solidarity of Heroes.

DTK Update: Finally got my Dromoka's Commands so I've added those. Also added 4 Mana Confluence for more consistency getting all 3 colors. Went from 22 to 20 lands though (took out 2 Yavimaya Coasts). Need to see if the confluences balance out going to 20.
