This deck is meant to control the game until you can get a Nahiri, the Harbinger to her -8 to find Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, swing, then discard Emrakul during the next turn to shuffle it back into your library to bring it back out with another -8. The secondary win condition is using Celestial Colonnades to swing at the opponent's face, which can be boosted from Elspeth, Sun's Champion's emblem. Finally, if all that fails, use Jace, but this is more of a last resort. Jace is meant to be used as pressure, not so much as a win condition.

tl;dr Control the game, then Nahiri out Emrakul until you win. If that doesn't work, throw lands at opponent until they stop moving.

The instant/sorcery list needs a bit of work, (such as would Counterspell be better than Mana Leak in this case or how do I fit in something like a Sphinx's Revelation)and sideboard does too, so feedback in those areas would be the most help. The lands could also use tweaking, so any insight there would be equally appreciated. Thank you.
