My first attempt at making a commander deck under $150 and my own take on a cat tribal EDH. I originally want to make a deck with only cards that had cats in the art, other than The Crazy Cat Lady Selvala, but realized that left me with no cool land or ramp options, so not very practical. However! If you are looking for cat-art cards, check out the OG version (revision 1) where I was just herding cats. Suggestions are welcome! However, no card can be priced over $15 for this deck.
