I'll be trying to take this list to a small modern tournament this coming week. Seems to be a lot of death's shadow running around the format, so I'm hating on that quite a bit, but other than a few targeted removal spells, this list is a pretty run-of-the-mill blue-based control deck. Hopefully cantrip and stay alive until we've hit a few land drops and play a gideon/elspeth with counter or removal backup to protect them.

It's pretty threat-light, but hopefully the cantrips get us to our win conditions. If our planeswalkers get removed, we have to rely on snapcaster+clique beatdown or colonnade beatdown. Colonnade beatdown is not as outlandish as it might sound as it dodges pretty much all sorcery speed removal and provides a pretty quick clock at 4 dmg a turn.
