I had originally built this deck with Razaketh as the commander and abused his ability to basically break the game of commander! I found that I wanted to expand the possibilities with the deck and when I saw The Command Zone's episode with Athreos, God of Passage I knew they had a great thing. I switched the commander over to Athreos but kept a lot of my own flavor in the deck. I have kept my mana accelerants and other win conditions to make this deck a blast every time I play it. You can go with swarms of Shadowborn Apostles that you can't get rid of or you can go big with mana and cast decimating spells like Torment of Hailfire for x=40!

This deck is amazingly fun to pilot and is one I always pull out if I want to crush someone spirit!
