The goal of this deck is to control the board until turn 5.

At that point you should be able to play a Palace Siege or a Sidisi, Undead Vizier which you will then exploit for a Palace Siege. Next turn play the Palace Siege with Khans. This does take up the turn so if you need to play a control spell in between do so. Then you can either play the Sidisi, Undead Vizier again for anything you need or a Merciless Executioner to continue board control as needed.

Obviously at this point you have options but there are so many things to tutor for that you should be good to go at this point.

The deck is flexible. It has kill in it but if you would like to just beat them down you can do that as well. Mardu Strike Leader dashes to work with Crux of Fate. Risen Executioner works with Crux of Fate. The two dragons work with Crux of Fate. So you can cast Crux of Fate with almost no worry of killing your own creatures and Risen Executioner and Mardu Strike Leader keep the pressure on in the meantime. Also they both avoid opponents kill spells. The Child of Night is in there just in case you need to tutor for life in an emergency. It is good curve-wise as well. If it dies or any of your creatures end up in the graveyard, Palace Siege will fix it. Thoughtseize should help you take care of Plansewalkers and enchantment kill and other various threats like sorceries and enchantments you don't want to see. If you Thoughtseize try not to take a creature you can otherwise kill.

If the opponent does not happen to be running control or heavy creatures and instead had burn you can switch the function of the Palace Siege and put a clock on them.

I can think of very few situations that this deck cannot deal with but I have not tested it either. It has control of creatures and non-creatures, plainswalkers and it has life-gain.
