Correct me if I'm wrong, but your combo with Distorting Lens and Dromar, the Banisher wouldn't work. I'm pretty sure that when Dromar, the Banisher becomes a different color he still keeps his original colors. For example if you used either Distorting Lens, Alchor's Tomb or Sway of Illusion to make Dromar, the Banisher red, he would still be blue, white and black. Instead of being just red, he would be red, blue, white and black. So if you turned him red, swung and bounced all blue permanents, he would still be bounced himself. Again, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

No, unless it specifies "in addition to its other colors" it overrides all previous colors of the card.

Ruffigan is right. And you use the lens in response to his ability.

I think that this is the first (functioning) EDH deck I've seen that has a Circle in it. +1 for that :)
I would suggest Silent Sentinel to return the enchantment from your graveyard if need be. Perhaps a Voice of All, or a Voice of Grace. Mother of Runes would be awesome too. And, almost mandatory in this deck, a Whispersilk Cloak

Thanks! I had the Sentinel and the cloak in there originally, but had to cut them. The Sentinel mana cost was a bit high more my liking for what he did.
The cloak made it so I couldn't target Dromar to change his color so I didn't end up bouncing him. The Voices seem a bit too vanilla for my taste. I do like the Mother of Runes though. I'm gonna dig through my vault and try her out.

Mother of Runes does work. I used to run it in my deck, and it can protect your creatures and itself. Definitely recommended if you have creatures to protect.

It lets you bounce creatures if you change their color. It could be cool but it would not be very useful if you didn't have color spell in hand/on field.

Its an Unsummon as an enchantment. it might just be helpful to clear boards.
It might not work well with your changing of color theme, but if you have it out and then cast Sway of Illusion you can make them pick up all their creatures. Which will set them back a few turns. Thought it might help.

Thanks for clarifying. I'll add it to my maybe board and try it.

Since you're already running Darkest Hour, have you thought about a Teysa, Orzhov Scion combo? Combine her, Darkest Hour and Blasting Station for infinite damage.

If I'm not mistaken, you have room for another card in here. Dromar's in your command zone and the 99. Dropping him from the 99 frees up a spot for one of those dope Dream Thrushes that are so sexy.

Painter's Servant seems really good for this deck. Cool deck :)
