I have been playtesting this deck a lot and I have been finding it quite successful. I have all of the included cards with the exclusion of the Thoughtseize and the Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. The idea here is to simply control and wait it out until I could play a bomb. Icefall Regent is good for stopping a powerhouse, but with the inclusion of 2x Dragonlord Silumgar I am considering moving the regent to the sideboard in favor of the Necromaster Dragon that is currently in the sideboard. My biggest fear for this deck are aggro decks that out pace even my fastest control. For this reason I have included in my sideboard Ultimate Price and more Drown in Sorrow. The stratus dancers are there to speed this deck up in case of another control deck while still providing options to stop incoming instants and sorceries.
