My attempts at a standard mono blue mill deck. Need help with building a sideboard. The second Archive and Talent will side for each other based on how many instants / sorceress my opponent may be playing. The idea of this deck is to mill my opponent with Tutelage while gaining much card advantage as I can. Whelping Wave and AEtherspouts helps control the board state.
