Alright, so while I've had fun with this deck, I am turning it into a midrange/control deck. For that reason, I have put Heir of Falkenrath Flip in as a filler for Key to the City as I never got my hands on one and will not be updating the description below to fit it.
The new deck can be found at: Jund Midrange (No longer the current version).
The current version of the deck can be found at: I Just Drew 20 Cards (Jund Midrange 2.0).
I might put the Jaddi Offshoot in my sideboard, but Groundskeeper is so helpful in here that it isn't something I take lightly. Thanks though!

Just curious, but why no Tireless Tracker? With all of the potential landfall triggers you have going on the clue generation and card advantage it provides would be able to put you ahead. If you do run the Tracker, run a few copies of Evolving Wilds for both the landfall triggers and mana fixing.
What about something like Splendid Reclamation? If you have a bunch of lands in the bin for some reason you can get massive landfall triggers and set up for something big next turn.

One reason I don't run Tireless Tracker is because I only have 1 at the moment, and I'm not sure I want to look for the other one. The other reason is because I'm not sure what to swap for it. I'd take a suggestion if you have one. As for Splendid Reclamation that seem a little to gutsy to me and I'd prefer either Drownyard Temple or Groundskeeper. Thanks for the ideas!

Personally, I would drop Catacomb Sifter as he does not fall in to your landfall theme. Yes it gives you a scion token and the ability to scry when one of your creatures dies, but that doesn't seem to be as big of an impact as the tracker would. Besides, if you are using it for the scry then Shadows of the Past might be a better fit as you get to scry when ANY creatures die and you can pay 5 mana and have your opponent lose 2 and you gain 2.

Omnath, Locus of Rage because you get a lot of land a turn it will make you an army that could also kill them by making elementals.

I originally had one in here, but I decided to drop it because it was a lot of mana and it wasn't that great. Thanks for the thought though.

I was thinking...usually a dangerous thing, lol. You are running 2 copies of Ulvenwald Hydra, which is great, but with a good portion of your dudes being high power/toughness I wonder how often people just chump block. Have you considered adding trample to the mix? Oran-Rief Hydra is on par with Ulvenwald Hydra but scales immensely with landfall triggers, especially forests.

They do chump block, and that's why I have both Mina and Denn, Wildborn and Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon Flip to provide trample. Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon Flip is better because it's for everything and they also get +1/+1, but Mina and Denn, Wildborn are instant speed and can give me another landfall trigger later on.

Does anyone think I should change my Traverse the Ulvenwalds to Oath of Nissas as a green one drop?

On Traverse the Ulvenwald I really don't see an easy way for you to get delirium. Land, creature, and even Planeswakler sure. But you don't want to lose your artifacts and the only sorcery is Transverse.
Also perhaps Scythe Leopard and Makindi Sliderunner over Jaddi Offshoot and Geyserfield Stalker.

This isn't an aggro deck, so I wouldn't want Scythe Leopard or Makindi Sliderunner over either of the other two. Jaddi Offshoot helps against the "Everything's a One Drop" decks, and Geyserfield Stalker isn't a terrible card in this deck. It gets +2/+2 every time a land enters, which is a lot for me, has menace, and I can give it trample in multiple ways. Also, I'm not going to run black in a deck for three cards, all of which being the same.

From first glance, I'd say replace Groundskeeper with Jaddi Offshoot and throw in 1 or 2 Splendid Reclamation somewhere.
