So, Izzet Tokens.

Many people weren’t impressed by C18 (from what I heard, at least). However, Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer offers a new take on the token archetype. He rewards you for having an army of dudes, with one really impressive token.

Blue only has a couple ways to get multiple bodies on the board. The best ways are Master of Waves, then spell-payoffs like Docent of Perfection   and Trail of Evidence. Red is a bit stronger, with stuff like Dragon Fodder, Hordling Outburst, and Chancellor of the Forge.

Personally, the best way to get the most from Brudiclad’s ability is clones. Rather than get a vanilla Decimator Twin, you can get an army of Borderland Behemoths, basically ensuring a victory. Most of the cards in the “win-con” category are the creatures most worth copying.

Brudiclad has amazing synergy with Mechanized Production. Copy a creature, then make all your dudes that creature to win next upkeep (unless dealt with).

Otherwise, we have a good amount of interaction and card draw to help fuel the deck. Red-Blue doesn’t have great spot removal options for creatures and enchantments, but is great for most everything else.

Maybeboard are cuts that aren’t completely terrible, or cool ideas to look at that are less optimal/more pricy.

Any and all suggestions and feedback would be much appreciated. Keep in mind that this isn’t supposed to be super competitive (though enough so to maybe win a few casual games), and semi-budget. I’m probably going to get Brudiclad through trade, instead of buying the precon he’s in.
