Vampire Ascension
The deck is designed around Bloodchief Ascension, which is typically combined with Mindcrank for an instant mill=damage x infinity synergy. However, since Bloodchief requires you to have done a minimum of six life damage to your opponent to become fully charged and have its main ability activated, it is thus possible to kill your opponent with a suitable mill card, in this case
Memory Sluice
, by conspiring it with two creatures you will more than likely have on the table.
Mindcrank is to my mind unnecessary, since it is actually less economic than building a black burn/aggro deck which uses a combination of creatures and scorceries which hit your opponent direct to the face. By the time you have Bloodchief Ascension charged, you will ideally have reduced your opponents life total to eight, to
Memory Sluice
them for the win. If not, they will be taking damage naturally via any card placed in their graveyard.
Hideous End
gives you the best relevant removal spell, and combined with cards like Sign in Blood and Bump in the Night will work to keep the pressure on.
Creature wise, a selection of vamps give you easy burn damage, some blocking, and with Kalastria Highborn extra burn damage should they die. A few select others, namely Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Bloodhunter Bat, give you "enter the battlefield" damage.
Swing with
Pulse Tracker
indiscriminately to get the direct damage, back him up with Vampire Nighthawk cause he is awesome, and be quite happy for either to die with Kalastria Highborn on the table, just be sure to leave at least one man a for the tap cost. Im sure the speed of these creatures could be made much more aggro, I am trying other things, but you need some long game too.
Diabolic Tutor is a complete must, if you can afford Demonic Tutor its even better. Read the Bones gives you a little extra access to your deck. You will need them to get the cards you need if they don't arrive early enough.
There is enough removal to play some control, Thoughtseize helps here. Hero's Downfall is there for obvious reasons.
That's it, enjoy.
