My take on upgrading The Ur-Dragon Commander deck. You can use The Ur-Dragon or Scion of the Ur-Dragon as the commander of this deck, as both are all-stars in the deck. Scion can just take over games on its own, or you can use his big daddy to run a little faster and have the inevitable end game. The deck has what I believe to be a better number and selection of dragons, it has better spot removal (although mass removal is still lacking), and it has plenty of ramp/acceleration, haste granters, and ways to cheat dragons into play easier. I'm no deckbuilder but I've tuned the deck about as well as I can, I'm sure there are still ways to improve it. The mana base usually works pretty well, it's slightly green heavy to ensure you can cast your green ramp reliably, the last color you want to miss out on is green. I tend to focus more on just colored lands with 5 color decks, so there aren't really any lands that make colorless mana except for Ancient Tomb and Temple of the False God.
