I played this last Friday, and the only match I lost was to a guy with 4 mainboard Boils. Perfect for any format!

jamesfiek You must have been playing it wrong because Boil doesn't stop the power of Island you simply play more!

I've always wondered, where'd the power of Islands come form in the first place? Is it because they're Islands, or is it because they tap for ?

alex105008 It's a question people have been asking for years, it's still unknown even by myself

Easy. Just play more islands! They'll never get you down! This deck is also immune to Thoughtseize, Inquisition of Kozilek, Duress, and Despise. It's unbeatable!

Here's the food chain: Islands > Charging Badger > Fugitive Wizard > Storm Crow > Swamps > you

I disagree. I think the food chain is:
Island > storm crow > fugitive wizard > charging badger > tarmogoyf > swamp. Flying beats trample, and the badger can't be pitched to FoW. Neither can tarmogoyf.

but storm uses its power to control the islands to form itself
