Plains can be pretty deadly, true that. You might want to throw in some Temple of Deceit so as to not get too much land in hand. If you really want to rely upon scrying, again you don't want to leave yourself defenceless because you're swamped with islands in hand, I'd go for a few Temple of Enlightenment . +17

I'm not quite sure I like the number. I think you should lower the amount of cards to 60, other than that it's pretty solid.

Oh, it just occured to me you should have some Lonely Sandbar in case you need some card advantage.
Those Islands wont draw themselves your know.
