CheeseBro Sorry about the deluge. It was a vocab word that I wanted to use. I didn't want to offend anyone/religion that thinks a flood is coming. But it shows the awesome power of the Island!

smackder I found out this amazing combo while i was playtesting! Island + Island just seems to be too good.

Although this deck can't become popular because the mirror match always goes to time. There's just too much power on both sides of the field that the table flips itself. So a mirror match is too deadly to risk playing this deck. It's just so powerful!

Soon enough, my l.g.s. might cease to exist. This deck has too much power, and too many people play it. Seriously, is two booster packs worth fighting this much for?

Wotc should print a dual tap land that taps for or . Then you add it to this deck. Then they ban it. It would be called double island.

Ran this last FNM and got beaten by a 60 card mountains list... Any advice on the matchup it seemed like my sideboard just couldn't help me take the last game.

Dude, clearly if you lose to mountain you're playing this deck wrong. The only deck that's easier than Mountain is Swamp. Have you tried playing Island against them? Siding in a few Snow-Covered Island is a good idea, but don't bring in too many because you want to make sure you don't dilute the Island game plan. Good luck!

Island deck should be afraid of Storm Crow deck, for fear, is no great equalizer for the glorious almighty Storm Crow.
So I herald the ninth coming of Storm Crow, you will not know when, you will not know where, you will not know why, you will not know...

For you have been with the Island for too long, whilst I preach the truth and herald the ninth coming, the Island blocks out my words with its foolish musings.

smackder: you should make the background of the deck an island of your choice.

Islands are the meaning of truth, the creator of truth, and the incarnation of truth. The truth is, Islands are undeniably the most powerful cards in mtg's history, and even the history before history. You cannot deny the truth.

You really need to cut your deck down to 60 cards for more consistency.
Here's a great article explaining why it's really bad to run 61 cards in your deck:

electromancer 61 cards beats the Island matchups that are only running 60 Island

1x Mountain in the sideboard might help against some matchups.
