I can't delete them. Only Epoch or Yeago can, and they don't really have much of a problem with it since they have been here since day one. The main reason for this is self perception of wanting to be up there in score is more common among new users. This is wrong as it creates a sense of competition instead of the feel of helping each other out that T/O has. In a sense, these joke decks help make the newer and more competitive users understand that the points really have no meaning. I am one of those "competitive users", but I understand the point that should be taken across from this for the well being of this site.
