My Assault Formation deck used to be Bant, but now that Wall of Essence and Nyx-Fleece Ram are rotating, I'm switching the deck over to Sultai since they were the main reasons to be in white.

If everything goes perfectly, the deck can turn 3 kill.

Turn 1: Pain Land, 1-drop creature

Turn 2: Pain Land/Forest, Assault Formation , swing 4

Turn 3: Pain Land/Forest, 3 Shape the Sands, swing for lethal

Obviously, that's really unlikely, but even if it doesn't, the rest of the deck can support dragging the game out so you can get the cards needed to win. Abzan Beastmaster and Taigam's Scheming help you dig for it, while all the creatures are effective speed bumps for your opponent.
