Reanimator decks in pauper have been showing up a lot lately, but most of those lists are the B/R ones. The one I have for you today is a grixis strategy for a couple of reasons. We'll cover that in the over-view below:
The Graveyard Fillers:
Stinkweed Imp: Throws a huge chunk of cards into the yard, mostly to put the big dudes in there, but also helps our good friend Gurmag Angler come out faster.
Faithless Looting: Probably the best one in the deck, we can control the cards that are going into the graveyard for a single mana, plus we can do it again because of the flashback.
Careful Study: Blue Faithless Looting without flashback
Tormenting Voice and Cathartic Reunion: Two mana graveyard fillers that don't lose us a card in hand like a Faithless Looting.
Insolent Neonate: Puts two cards into the graveyard 1 in our hand.
The Big Dudes:
Ulamog's Crusher: The Emrakul of pauper, He's the best creature here. With the annihilator we can sometimes lock them entirely out of the game.
Striped Riverwinder: A creature that replaces itself when it puts itself into the yard, plus the hexproof? Dang!
Gurmag Angler: Usually he is gonna get delved, but he is sill a perfectly fine target for Exhume.
The Finders:
Ponder: Just to go deep and find our important pieces.
Shred Memory: This card is important for two reasons. To get our opponent's best creatures out of their graveyard so they cant get anything off Exhume, and because of the transmute, we an go find it as well.
The Combo Pieces:
Exhume: The most important card in the deck as the deck would not function well without it(Although totally possible)
Dragon Breath: This card is sweet. All we need to do is put it into the graveyard and when we exhume, it will come out of the graveyard onto that creature giving it both haste and fire breathing.
The Removal:
Lightning Axe: We get to both kill a creature and put something into the GY? Perfect!
Diabolic Edict: Two mana Instant speed removal spell that's great against those pesky bogles decks.
