This is my first attempt at playing blue! Any help would be very helpful!

The goal behind this deck is to steal all the cards being played. So far in a 4v4 pod setting I haven't been overly impressed with what it can do, but i did have 2-3 games where nothing was safe from me and my opponents couldn't stop it. How i do about doing this is by taking control of the permanents that my opponents control. Ether with my commander or with cards such as Bribery, or copy a card with Body Double.

What I am looking for is how can i speed up the deck and consistency. Should i add in more mana rocks? Or try and get tutors?

I have had a few people say it looks good but I am still not 100% sure. I do tend to get flooded with mana at times so one of the larger concerns is do i have to much mana? Then if i do, what do i replace one with? These are some of the questions i have been running into. Granted with less then 20 matches played i cant rely to much on being flooded 3-4 times being a issue just yet.

So what I am looking for is this.... Should I take lands out? If so what do i put in to its spot? Also should i add more control? ( ex. counter spells, or ways to clear the board?)
