Honestly the main issue I see is your commander. Memnarch is just plain better thanks to him being able to steal anything. His price is arguably a limiting factor but a Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron as well as more rocks will honestly fix that problem and allow you to steal everything. Arcane Lighthouse for obvious reasons fix that. Fabricate, Ring of Three Wishes, and Planar Portal will make the deck more consistent. Replace some of the more expensive creatures and clones with some counter, bounce, and draw power so that you can delay the game for your commander to come out will also help. If you want to stick to your current commander than still add more control cards over the bigger creatures. Your mana base is fine as long as you maintain the draw power to back it up.

A few things here: What does Mycosynth Lattice do for this deck? This is mono color, and you don't need the colorless/artifact part of it unless you're running artifact shenanigans. Since you only have four wizards except for Azami, Lady of Scrolls, and one of them needs to stay untapped for his ability, I'm not sure she's doing much in here either. Control Magic is okay, but Corrupted Conscience is better.

Treachery is pretty good. If you want to go all out and this isn't a super competitive deck, Eternal Dominion is pretty amusing. For clone effects, go for Clone (duh lol), Clever Impersonator and Phyrexian Metamorph. Quicksilver Gargantuan is also a clone effect that's pretty amusing. Tidal Force is good too.

You also have a lot of expensive creatures (Kozilek, Jin-Gitaxis, etc.) so Quicksilver Amulet may be a good include, but I'm not sure about that one.

To the mana base! You could add a lot more utility lands in here. Eye of Ugin might be nice to find your Steel Hellkite and eldrazi. Maze of Ith for pesky aggro decks. Maybe Cavern of Souls to keep your stuff from being countered. Minamo, School at Water's Edge is practically required in here to untap your commander.

Mycosynth Lattice is pretty much to make everything an artifact since i do run Darksteel Forge and there is lots of artifact hate in my meta.

I will definitely look in to Corrupted Conscience seems fun and for 1 more mana is a really good deal for the bonus effect.

I thought about Eternal Dominion but it seemed good but i do enjoy some of the shenanigans in my deck that i like to play but i will definitely look into it.

I will look into the creatures and amulet you mentioned seems like a good idea for when i need something on the board for blockers and use pre-my turn for cheap mean stuff.

Derps, didn't see the Forge lol. If there's a lot of artifact hate, you could consider running crap loads of counterspells (or maybe just some) to keep the hate under control.

You mentioned in your description that you're wondering about more tutors. In my opinion, one's EDH deck can never have enough tutors, and I run all the tutors I have time and money for. Unfortunately, they're all rather expensive so I'm not sure how many you'd want for this deck. Fabricate is the only one I think you definitely need, to find your Darksteel Forge, Mycosynth Lattice or artifact creatures. Maybe even mana rocks, who knows.

Speaking of mana rocks, you could probably add a few more in if you wanted to, but since this isn't a "get out giant creatures turn two and win as quickly as possible" deck, it's a little more fun and laid back (or so it seems to me), I don't think they'd be necessary.

Run Beguiler of Wills for more stealing shenanigans, as well as Steal Artifact.

I highly reccomend It That Betrays if you're running any eldrazi. I've had it used against me to the point where I lost all my permanents to my opponent.
