Monored devotion (Standard MTG Deck)

I'm favoring a higher number of ashcloud than flame-wreathed because ferocious trigger on flamewake. I have dictate in hopes that I can have some devotion set in place by my 2,3, and 4 drops, then turn 5 flash in dictate on end step, then fanatic of mogis. With turn 4 purphoros, this equates up to 22 damage on the fanatic drop, and nykthos could accelerate that. Thunderous Might is there to attach to my phoenix's. At minimum, when they attack they'll get an extra 2 damage in the air, but giving this to a flamewake on turn 4 (with nykthos I have potentially 6 mana available on turn 4, so enchantment plus another phoenix maybe), that birdie could be swinging for 10, then add dictate the following turn and yeah.... (To make this all more reliable "devotion-wise", I feel like another 1-drop would be helpful, but my choices are foundry-street denizen and swiftspear, and neither are enough for me to take out some of these phoenix's and all). The combo's makes me want more dictates, but the format is just too removal heavy.
