A red draw deck? And it plays from the graveyard? Those aren't very "red" characteristics. But you can see that it can work in this aggro-burn-draw deck. In red, other than Browbeat, just about the only way you can draw, is by discarding. If you can manage to discard cards that can somehow return to your hand, then you can successfully draw in mono-red. Okay, here's the breakdown:

Other than that, it's a fairly standard burn deck. Fling fits perfectly in this deck. If you can manage to pair it with a Brute Force you can deal a lethal blow.
