Just be prepared to have people refuse to play against this highly controlling Talrand, Sky Summoner deck. Some builds include more creatures, but you won't need them since you'll be running a (nearly) full compliment of nasty countermagic that quickly goes from political to authoritarian.

This build is a more control-oriented build, but you can certainly turn Talrand, Sky Summoner into a drake factory with all the one and two-drop draws or scrys (or literally whatever, any instant/sorcery is a trigger) you have laying around. Sure, it would be nice to play with all Snow-Covered Islands and Scrying Sheets and Extraplanar Lens, but if you have a budget and want to have the flexibility to go from the kitchen table to your local LGS with people you've never played with then look no further than Talrand

This is originally based on the framework from one of Tomer Abramovici's budget EDH series (https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/budget-commander-talrand-sky-summoner) which you should check out, as a lot of synergies and explanations for choices are listed there.
