Basic Ojutai Budget deck utilizing a large portion of the "Enlightened Mastery" Deck from Dragons of Tarkir. Really simple yet effective deck.

Improved noncreature base:

Valorous Stance: Great utility. Mainly used to get rid of big threats, but may also protect my own creatures in a pinch.

Triton Tactics: for one mans, untap two creatures, give them a HUGE toughness boost, and prevent my opponent from attacking or blocking with them next turn? Yes please!

Quiet Contemplation: Pay one with my spells and lock down yet another one of my opponent's creatures.

Another Great Teacher's Decree: Why did this deck only include one of these cards? Very useful, especially since it works on both the turn I use it and the turn afterward, plus my creatures could get a +3/+2 boost if I have a Strongarm Monk on the field. Hits hard if my opponent's creatures all tapped out!

Divination: Draw power? Always good. Good Quiet Contemplation Target? Even better.

Pressure Point: Good to use any time of a turn. My opponent's attacking me? Nope. They wanna block with one of their creatures? Sorry about that. Plus more draw power!

Newer creatures:

Ojutai, Soul of Winter: Great for this deck because he can shut out your opponent's creatures without relying on casting spells and using Quiet Contemplation, as well as shut them out of their enchantments or artifacts. Plus, affects the other dragons if they are out on the field, allowing for more permanents to be tapped.

Wandering Champion and Jeskai Elder: both have good draw power, but sometimes the choice is tough whether or not to use the effects. Plus, the 3 power on Wandering Champion hits pretty hard early on.

Mistfire Adept: A 3/3 with prowess is already good, but the ability to give Jeskai Elder or Wandering Champion flying to avoid my opponent's untapped creatures always helps.

Other notes:

Crucible of the Spirit Dragon: Good in helping get the dragons out faster, although requires early game use to get the counters on it. Luckily, the other spells in the deck are cheap and so I can afford the 2 mana sometimes to use later.

Ojutai Monument; good for mana obviously, but if I also happen to have the necesary mana open, I can always make an additiona dragon if Ojutai, Soul of Winter is on the field.
