Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet everyone knows how good this card is, it blocks, it gains you life, and it gives you a creature whenever a creature our opponent controls dies.
Soul Swallower
is our primary wincon. Chances are, we will have Delirium active, and it will grow bigger and bigger.
Removal Package:
Dead Weight Debilitating Injury saw some standard play back in Khans, and this is the same thing for 1 less mana. It kills Den Protector, and multiple other 1 and 2 drops, not to mention having some nice synergy with

To the Slaughter gets around hexproof and indestructible, and can hit planeswalkers. It is also very likely to have Delirium triggered.

forces our opponent to attack into blockers, and gives us a 3/4 in exchange
Traverse the Ulvenwald helps us mana fix and with Delirium, Tutors up our wincons.

mana ramp, very likely to have deathtouch midgame

with this card, we can go three cards deep to find a creature, and when this card transforms, our creatures become cheaper.
