This is a deck designed to get flyers out fast, cast Sephara early, pump with enchantments, and swing down opponents before they can mount a defense.

Keeping the average CMC relatively low is important. That allows playing dinky flyers early so Sephara, Sky's Blade can be cast on turn three or four. After that, anthem enchantments like Honor the Pure and Glorious Anthem will keep the small flyers relevant into the mid and late game. Lightmine Field is also hilarious because your creatures should be unaffected by it, but it will keep other go-wide decks from swinging. That and Moat should keep green players on their side of the battlefield.

As many flyers as possible have some sort of built-in disruption for enemies (Hushbringer, Aven Mindcensor, Angel of Jubilation) while at the same time be cheap enough to cast early. Vanilla flyers are cheap enough to cast quickly (Segovian Angel, Healer's Hawk, Leonin Skyhunter). As always, Serra Ascendant is broke AF.

If another player establishes an intimidating board state, wipe them out with a wrath effect (Wrath of God, Rout). You'll lose Sephara unless she's equipped with a Darksteel Plate or Helm of the Host, but late enough in the game, a full swing with what is left will likely remove the player.

One of white's biggest problems is card draw. A few cards (Endless Atlas, Mind's Eye, Arch of Orazca, Bygone Bishop) have been included to hopefully offset that.

Another of white's biggest problems is mana generation. Low CMC helps, but some ramp (Land Tax, Tithe, Nyx Lotus) is always useful.
