The infinite combo is getting Brood Monitor on the field while Zulaport Cutthroat and Eldrazi Displacer are on the field as well. You sacrifice the scions from the monitor to activate the displacer, bouncing the monitor and getting more scions. All this while getting triggers from the cutthroat. rinse and repeat until you have drained your opponent of their life.

As far as testing goes, the synergy and combos this deck can pull off are fantastically ridiculous. It can repeatedly disrupt your opponent's board by bouncing with Eldrazi Displacer or get repeted card draw by bouncing your own Elvish Visionary.
